Twelve resort kitchens, one per hotel, picked from the venues we have confirmed inside Mauritius hotels.
Some of the island's most reviewed restaurants are inside its hotels. They have the setting, the staff and the budget for a proper kitchen, and many of them take bookings from outside guests for dinner or Sunday lunch.
This list takes one restaurant per hotel so no single resort dominates, and keeps only venues with a strong rating across a large number of reviews. It covers the north, the east, the west and the south coast.
Call ahead before you drive out. Hotels plan their tables around their own guests, and some outlets serve residents only on busy evenings.
How this list is built: Picked by the Restaurants.mu team from venues confirmed inside a hotel, keeping one per hotel and favouring a high rating backed by at least 80 reviews. Residents-only outlets are left out. This is an editorial selection, not the ranking engine's order.
