    How you opt in

    • Restaurant owners: add a WhatsApp number in the owner dashboard and switch on alerts.

    How you stop

    • Reply STOP to any message from us — you will receive no further messages.
    • Or switch WhatsApp off in your account notification settings at any time.
    • Reply START to receive updates again.

    Privacy

    • We store your WhatsApp number, the messages we exchange and their delivery status, only to send the updates you asked for and to answer your questions.
    • Messages are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Opt-out records are kept so we never message you again after STOP.
    • We never sell your number or share it for advertising. Messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms.
