Perhaps a service at the cashier counter would be most welcoming with a smile,and a quicker service. And an order in queuing to avoid people behind you to order before you. This kind of service is disgusting.

I've recently been there & one of the items I ordered was a donut. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the donut wasn't fresh. I informed the guys about it, to which they told me to choose another pastry in it's place. I was shocked that they didn't offer me the same pastry. Is this because they were all spoilt? Why didn't they at least check if the other donuts were still fresh? I'm somewhat torn by this experience and I have no reason to buy from you again...

First time there just to taste their milkshake, the guy on the counter no smile or welcoming just take my money and no indication how the service is done.

Baristas humiliated me in public bcz i claimed the quantity of Affogato was too little compared to what I use to buy. Baristas preferred to throw away the product rather than adding half a scoop.

Humiliated by employees. They were racist and spoiled my whole experience to the coffee shop. Other L'arabicas around the island have better service than that of bagatelle mall. My whole night was spoiled!

The beautiful setting and exquisite food of the restaurant are only surpassed by the level of professionalism and dedication of the staff. We celebrated my dad's 60th birthday there and it was a truly memorable event.

nous avons découvert cet endroit à Grand Baie qui vaut vraiment le détour... C'était un vendredi soir... Quelle chance nous avons eu le droit à l'happy hours avec des cocktails à moitié prix... Le repas était délicieux, une cuisine simple mais faite avec beaucoup de saveurs et vraiment copieuse. Les assiettes sont très bien présentées.. Le personnel reste très attentif et est vraiment très sympathique... Une vraie bonne table enfin et surtout avec des prix très raisonnables et honnêtes ...

Really bad customer services No respect for clients and have certain preferences concerning clients, although you have reserved a table there ,you won't be able to eat there as they will removed your reservation give it to there preferred customer who work in certain company and also you will get unpleasant and disrespectful reprimanded by the owner itself, not recommended to eat there

Ne perdez pas votre temps a y allez. Service tres decevant. Atmosphere tendu entre le mauvais caractere du gerant qui est omnipresent. Moi personellement je ne recommande pas. Ceux qui y vont aiment perdre leur temps et leur argent clairment.

We have had numerous meals here, have always found the service and food outstanding. The atmosphere and ambiance is really very pleasing. We travel from Grand Baie to Moka because we really enjoy the restaurant. Great food, great service, great ambiance at VERY reasonable prices. Home from home with better food!!

The food is delicious, with a special mention for the chocolat mousse.

Average feelings after trial of this place for lunch, although still standing out compared to the limited (scarce) other restaurant options intra-muros CyberCity.. Insufficient staff/slow service might be #1 grief, while the bill would suggest a no-fault experience.. The menu is rather extensive though, and one can't hold his conclusion to the very 1st try so I may go back sometime to cross-check my review!

Went there for Valentine for lunch and was not impressed at all. Food was mostly undercooked. Worse was the presence of a lot of flies at the restaurant which the staff were oblivious to.

Ce restaurant se veut du type gourmet, de par les repas proposes, et de par ses prix dignes d'une etoile Michelin. Mais la qualite n'est certainement pas la haute gastronomie que suggere les prix( un diner a deux avec 2 verres de vin, comptez Rs4000). Plus proche d'un repas bistro de bonne qualite, ou d'un bon gastro-pub anglais, que j'aime d'ailleurs beaucoup, que de la fine cuisine. Ce restaurant aurait mieux fait de baisser ses prix et serait un des meilleurs bistro de la region avec une plus grande clientele pour le diner.

Alors là, c'est une belle surprise, car il est bien caché ce restaurant, au coeur de Grand Gaube. Mais une fois arrivés, le cadre est superbe, plein de parking à dispo. Accueil sympa, sans flaflas... carte variée et un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a des beaux efforts sur la présentation, et chacun y trouve son bonheur...salades, pâtes, grillades.. et mon épouse a testé la langouste..elle est fraîche et délicieusement préparée... sans faute ..et c'est rare!

A speciality shop where you can find products you cannot find elsewhere, like particular cheeses, and fish like salmon for sushi, tehini, etc.

We visited this restaurant 3 times during our two week in Grand Baie. The service is brilliant and, although it is not an extensive menu, it is very good food. The fish is wonderful and I can highly recommend the King Prawns, Seafood Gratin and the Seafood Curry. Prices start from around 500 Rupees although go up to about 750 for the King Prawns and Fish Curry. However, four of us ate very well for under 4,000 Rupees (£20 per head). If you get a chance to visit - I would recommend it - it is closed on Thursdays.

I went there twice. The food was good, not palate pampering neither stomach filling. The service was a major let down, constantly being asked which order number is yours. And they got it wrong. Lack of choice in relation to drinks and no healthy desserts.

Lovely location, charming garden adjacent to large lake but this is not apparent when passing by car. The welcome greeting and service from staff was excellent and the menu had plenty of traditional Mauritian dishes as well as pizzas. We visited on three occasions, twice at lunchtime and one evening and much preferred the daylight experience as the view of the lake and surroundings was delightful. Our Saturday evening visit was a little disappointing as the two Sega dancers, who were accompanied by a man on his electric organ, were a distraction rather than a main event. They danced within a small area near the organist and on our visit repeated the same routine during the evening several times. We would visit again at lunchtime as the food, service and view were all first class.
