I think the below points explains the painful experience me and my family suffered at your outlet at Jumbo Phoenix:- 1. My wife really likes your ''Tikka Chicken Pizza''... so on the 31st Dec 2012, I took my family at Jumbo Phoenix.... I booked for a pizza at 17hr50....AND I WAS ALONE AT YOUR COUNTER... 2. I was asked to wait for 20mins for a Pizza... by 17hr35 my pizza was still not prepared... when I enquired, your staff tells me that it will be ready in 2 mins.. its in the oven.. SO i remained patient... 3. 5mins later... the Pizza was still not prepared... when I re enquired... another staff tells me.. '' sorry sir, we have only 2 persons working here and we are doing our best to deliver.. pls give us 10mins and you will get your pizza....'' 4. I told the staff that this is not acceptable.. and I need to speak to a responsible.. A Manager if possible... so the staff showed me a woman who was standing at the Steers counter... chatting on the phone... 5. I went towards her... when seeing me, without even talking to me.. she directed me by with her hands, pointing towards the next counter which was the fishaways counter... DISGUSTING!!! 6. Now.. so I went to the Fishaways counter and spoke to a certain Mr Veerman Boodhun who claims to be in charge of the Debonairs pizza at Phoenix. I explained him the situation.. 7. He apologised and told me that these things happen and I NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT they cannot really say how much time it can take to deliver my Pizza... and most shockingly... he told me that EVEN AT KENTUCKY's these things can happen... DO YOU BENCHMARK YOUR SERVICE WITH KFC? if yes.. I would have got the pizza in less than 15mins. 8. I again told him that I am a customer and I expect to be valued and get a quality service ... and this was the 2nd time I was facing this problem at Debonairs.. the last time I got the same problem at Cascavelle... Mr Boodhun again tells me that he cannot do aything.. these things happen... so I was starting to tell myself whether the problem is perhaps with me that despite things like these happen in such a competitive environment, I keep visiting your outlets!!! CAN YOU ANSWER ME PLS? 9. So I remained calm and I again told Mr Boodhun that I cannot accept to wait again.. promptly, Mr Boodhun proposed me to refund my money for the pizza... he picks up his phone and asks the girl at the Debonnairs pizza counter to refund my money... and asks me to move there and I will get a refund for this.... 10. I was disgusted.. so i went back to the debonairs pizza counter.. to my surprise, the girl tells me the pizza is ready... If I want to accept it... without even listeing to what I have to say... the girl picked up a phoen call from Mr Boodhun... asking her to refund my money and not giving me my pizza!!! 11. I went back to talk to Mr Boodhun of my appreciation.. I really wanted to create a scene there... but my 15yrs experience in Customer Service, withing which 5 years as Customer Service Manager, stopped me to doing so... So I asked him who is the in charge your restaurant at phoenix... I need to make a formal complaint... Mr Boodhun told me it was him and there was no one above himat the phoenix restaurant and all complaints will be dealt by him... 12. I asked him for a phone number.. he gave me ARROGANTLY the number 217 3499... the email address [email protected] along with his name "VEERMAN BOODHUN" on a piece of paper. 13. I left the place disgusted..... 14. From the 31/12/2012,I have been phoning on the number I was provided and even on your hotline... 800 1888... NO BOBY PICKS UP THE DAMN PHONE.... 15. In this process.. I lost my time, the time of my family and our mood were really off on an evening of 31.12.2012 and I lost 2 X Rs50 prepaid cards calling from my mobile without anyone picking the phone!!!!!! NOW PLEASE RATE YOUR SERVICE on the above 15 points an kindly feel free to contact me on 788 9306 if you have anything to say to a really disappointed customer... I called and when someone picked up the phone they did not say a word so i said hello and the debonair employee said hello. i asked is this debonairs he said yes; i said ok can i place an order he said what do you want! no professionalism but pizza is good that's all you have. Employ people that can actually speak.

ok guys, so here it is. Pizza was 75 mins late arriving - delivery order. I called twice to ask wtf was up. Second time I got the manager. He told me that it was on the way. When I asked if I need to pay he said that the RULES are that I must pay if the pizza is hot!!! So i asked him if it is hot and 4 or 5 or 6 hours late, do I still need to pay --- and he said "yes"!!!! What a pathetic performance . I hope the guy who owns this franchise reads this, cos you are running a sick organization dude!

I've tried all numbers possible to reach them because I wanted to order pizza but they never picked up the phone. I don't know whether they want to do business correctly. It was an order for around 50 persons. Then I phoned Pizza Hut and they picked up on the third ring and I placed the order.

On 25th December 2013 i have place an order at Deboniares Port louis at 18:45. The counter person who take my order have told me that as its a public holidays your home delivery might take one and a half hour 1hr30.. and time was passing by. It was 9pm still no delivery has been made yet, at 9h15 i've reject my order.. I Have told to the manager that its might have been late for minutes not for hours and they take my complaint for granted.Very dissapointed with the service. If i was a VIP CLIENT WILL THEY EVER DO SO.. WIll SUCH MISTAKES HAPPENS? STOP taking people for fools. Customers are kings. Bad Feedback ever .

When my boyfriend called they picked up at the very first ring. My pizza came in about half an hour, still hot. Its not the very first and last time im gonna buy from there. I find the pizza quite good very saucy unlike the other ones where pieces get your throat dry. For me its a 8/10.

Ordered 2 pizzas by phone. The waiter got one of the order wrong. When I went to pick up my order, the waitress was irritated at me because THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG! The waitress was also not interested in giving me the food that I already paid for. Overall the customer service needs further improvement, in terms of how they deal with customers and their attitudes. They need to understand that the customer is KING and acknowledge when they messed up!

Debonair's Port Louis is an utter disgrace. i had ordered 9 pizzas for a party at 13.00 last Sunday, to be delivered at 18.00. When we queried them, they confirmed that they will deliver on time despite the amount of pizzas ordered. Called them at 18.10, they said that the pizzas are ready and are being cut and will be delivered in 10 mins. Called at 18.30, they said the delivery person is about to leave for the delivery. Called at 18.50, they said that they have only 1 delivery motorcycle and it was not working, so they will walk to my house (some 25 mins away) to deliver!! I had to borrow a car to fetch the pizzas. But the pizzas were warm, and a couple were even lukewarm. But the waitress Vandana stated that all had been prepared at the same time and were hot. They really need to open the dictionary to look for the meaning of "lukewarm", "warm" and "hot"!! Ignorance is not an excuse. On top of that, the pizzas lacked mozarella, it looked more like tiny bits of chicken and veggies and sauce on a crust! Pathetic, amateurish and disgraceful customer service, awful lukewarm pizza and blatant lying to a regular client from Debonairs staff. This is the last time I order something from them.

Awesome food and quality. I always order for the delivery. One thing though. They never bring the change even though I mention on the phone order that I have so much money. The delivery guy told me actually that it is a pain to him since he has to go back and come back to give the page.

The question i ask is how come the prices are higher here in Mauritius than in South Africa! rs35 for adding olive toppings! are they freaking crazy! It cost me rs375 for a standard pizza with olive and pineapple.

Hello, we got the 216 6888 number for ordering. Call transfer failed for both Trianon and Ebene. If you cannot handle automated calls, then it's better to take order directly at the branch. There is nothing worse than a customer who cannot reach through. You have lost sales order for 10 peaople today. Just too bad Natacha from Ebene

Our family ordered the real deal hot subs today and their chicken triple decker pizza few days back from Debo Qbornes... gosh they were superb... so very soft, tastyyy food and bulging toppings - we adored it all, total value for money! Even their service is excellent. Our pizza reached in record time, less than 15mins! We are so ready to forget any other thick, cardboard-tasting pizzas and forever-taking deliveries!
