It’s a great place to get a pizza

I ordered by phone a hawaiian pizza with chicken & extra cheese only(as i used to order for pick up at Cascavelle on the 15/09/13 at 17h58. I picked up ordered pizza with cash payment of Rs. 320.00. Arriving home i noticed that it was the wrong pizza which was given to me. I called there several times to talk to someone but impossible, no duty manager was reachable (went for diner, will call back but which was never done). Finally after 1 hour i received a phone call,I got supposely the Duty Manager who tell me she has been trying to call me several times on my mobile. She was impolite, she was arguing that it was not their fault and that the ordered was wrongly given. I explained that it is always the same order which i place and to check their previous date. The solution that was told is that i need to come back from Chamarel to Cascavelle to exchange the pizza. The manager told me" Mo bisin paye ene taxi dans mo poche pou vine quitte ou pizza Chamarel? That's really disgusting, impolite and zero de service clientele. I work in the tourism industry, i deal with many people everyday and i still really can not understand that we can not have a service. It's really dark point to your industry and rest assured that i will never go to Debonairs pizza where the service is really DEPLORABLE!!!!!!!

excellent food...very good service...i really liked the atmosphere...and nice page of bagatelle.

The food was very nice. For me what counts in the priority is the service, hospitality, valuing the customers and then quality of food. Well done Debonaires. Keep the same attitude towards customers and maintain the price as well.

We tried several times their Pizza and it's always Yummy! We highly recommend it.

Stunning setting - you can buy everything in this cafe … you like the chair you're sitting on .. you can buy it :) Moreover the food is great … we have always enjoy the food we ordered … Cakes, Coffee and ice cream are available !!! And there is also free wi-fi This is the place to be when you want a great meal in a cozy place with internet during the day :)

The owner is quite a character! Probably the best asset of the restaurant. Very chatty, very passionate about what he does. Seems genuinely friendly. But watch out if he's trying to get you drunk! lol The food is very good, without being overly pretentious. Everything was fresh and felt like it too. You should go for the seafood. The lobsters, the grilled red snapper, the crab, they were all were great. The menu presentation could be improved, and the restaurant could use a general make-over, but it was still a memorable and satisfying experience. Very recommended.

the starers were excellent, but the fish in banana leaf and the chicken main course were not good at all-so overall food is average. Service was perfect!

The place is dark and looks like a designer's nightmare, but the food is delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money!

Good food, good atmosphere, good service, .... just what you look for if you want to eat mauritian cuisine, with emphasis on sea food. They also have a great variety of other dishes as well. The rum punch is awesome. Keep it up!

Ne pouvant pas me déplacer au restaurant, j'ai commandé une salade ourite en take away. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de celle-ci et surtout par la générosité. Je recommande vivement.

nous avons eu l'occasion lors de notre dernier voyage à l'ile Maurice en 2011 de déjeuner dans ce restaurant, ambiance très sympathique, très bon accueil, ainsi qu'une très bonne cuisine d'ailleurs nous retournons à l'ile Maurice au mois d'octobre 2014 pour un séjour de deux semaines et nous retournerons déjeuner dans ce resto !!! c'est sûr !!! j'avais d'ailleurs conseillé à des amis de s'y rendre pendant leur séjour et ils ont appréciés !

Aucune critique l'acceuil parfait les repas tres bons cela fait 6fois que nous allons a maurice nous passons manger chez eux nous avons été clients a l'ouverture depuis nous sommes devenus amis

Rien à dire, chaque fois que nous y allons nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Tout est frais, très bon accueil. A conseiller sans modération

Nous y avons été en famille, on a adoré, on vous recommande. Si vous voulez manger typiquement Mauricien, à un prix très abordable (330 Rs le menu entrée plat dessert!) c'est le restaurant qu'il vous faut :) Le service était au top, beaucoup d'habitués qui confirment la bonne adresse. I was at the resto at 17 50 today ,28 JAN for a takeaway command. I was the first client there.I left there at 19 15.What was more surprising was that many other clients who came after me left before me.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous parmi les Mauriciensous. LES PLATS ÉTAIENT SUCCULENT. Les serveurs toujours au pti soin au diner et au pti déj . Bravo à votre équipe et surtt à 2 serveurs Achoua et Mr love. A bientôt ! Courage à vous avec ce virus qui circule ! Protéger vous!!!
