This place has probably one of the best pastries but such a bad service and lack of imagination. The food is perfect and affordable, the cakes are fresh and quite exquisite. However, everything else is bad. They do not even have proper coffee or tea, what kind of pastry shop does not capitalise on good hot drinks? Everywhere in this country we have those machine with such distasteful coffee. Another thing that I really did not like about this place is the fact that they do not even give you a plate or fork. How am I supposed to eat the cake? Was I supposed to eat it from a paper bag with my bare hands? Maybe they should not have a stand in a foodcourt but rather a take-away only spot somewhere else. Having to eat such a delicious cake from a paper bag ruined the experience for me. It could have been very well a 10/10, but instead i give it a 6/10.

The food is absolutely delicious but what a horrible service at beau bassin! The lady in ebene is always so nice and helpful but in beau bassin they seem like they couldn't care less. On a rainy day, bought more than rs200 of delicacies and they wouldn't even give me a plastic bag or a box to carry the cakes. I had to carry them in individual paper bags IN THE RAIN! They aren't flexible at all! If you said you're gonna pick up a cake at 1 oclock, you have to come at 1 oclock! don't you dare go before! don't you dare call and ask if you can come before as well!

Well.. no matter which shop I visit under this name, their food is awesome n the service is really good. .always having a smile on their face and very welcoming. When it comes to order a cake my choice is always this shop.

Super accueil et cuisine italienne excellente. Petit plus, il propose quelques plats fusion, et tout à un prix abordable!

Wonderful and cosy fast food. The food quality is excellent having in house one of the best Mauritian Chef, Mr Kris Panchoo who is ex chef of Le Capitaine Sea food restaurant and many more. Live and open cuisine, very HYGENIC and above all, a friendly service with affordable price. A MUST GO

Good meal. Enjoy a good time. Night club very good music and very good DJ. Recomendable to all. Have a great night.

Ambiance moyen, le service etait moyen car certaine serveuse etaient très conviviale tandis que d'autre froide et semblaient agacé d'etre la. Les pizza bof; la pate est elastique et pas assez cuite. Les champignon sont coupés grossièrement et pas cuit. Pour des specialiste du pizza, faudrai avoir des pizzaiolo, pas n'importe qui en cuisine. Moi qui voulais passer un bon moment entre amis autour d'une bonne pizza, c'est raté.

Food was disappointing. They now use frozen vegs in the pastas !! It was very cold inside and when we asked if something could be done we were told its the hapzard aircond and couldn't be fixed. Service was quick but they really to need to fix the food and the setup.

Me and my famaily are big fan of pizzas and we have tasted almost all the pizzas available in Mauritius.It's a must to say that 'PANNAROTTIS PIZZAS IS THE BEST AVAILABLE IN MAURITIUS'.We have been there several times,the only problem is that we have to wait to get a place to eat,for everytime,we have been there the restaurant was full.The personals and service are very professional.Thanks for being present at Bagatelle Moka !

jai etais vraiment satisfait de l'aceuille; du service; du prix. cetait juste excellent japprove grave ce que vous faites ... <3 vous me donner lenvie de revenir et j'y compte bien ... mercii beaucoup sans reproche 100% satisfaisant .. et que dir du service pour les enfants c just superbe coloriage ballon.. vous fait de lexcellent travail keep it up you chill :)

1hr30min for a pizza delivery..wtf..worst service ever...

Actually I order a pizza for home delivery...i was told it would be delivered 18h45 but the delivery boy didnt show up at that time or even till 19h20...we were waiting for the pizza for dinner and it was a very bad and angry moment for my family..i will pass the word to others also that service is very bad..if you offer free delivery, atleast make sure to be able to satisfy the customer...i was told that the boy has to go to st jean then ebene and then ollier...i understand that they order first but its simple logic...if he did ollier first then st jean and then ebene, it would have been faster...the customer will only go and pick the pizza..no big waste of time..to resume i am very dissapointed with Panarottis and even friends told mw that debonairs is better...suggestion would be to take a grip of your service quality and move forward as I am seeing Panarottis is going in a downward path.. PS:I AM WRITING THIS WHILE WAITING ACTUALLY

Ils ne répondent pas aux téléphones et décroche le telephone pour ne pas avoir de livraison

Alors ou téléphoner 10 15 pou passe ene commande pou livraison 2 pasta et 1 sub. A noter ki 10h sa zistoir la ouvert. Deja lor téléphone zot pena n maniere kozer ek client (une jeune fille je suppose). Kumadir in derange li. Li pena n fason parler avec n client pour li prend coordonnées. Si pas kapav travail avec client ferme li plitot ou mette bane dimoun competent. En plus pou dir dimoun 1h ki pou gagne manger la. Ek pou dir dimoun ek touper ki ena gro command mais franchement 2 pasta n sub tousa letemps la? ti manque ingredients pou prepare nou manger ??? DECEVANT. DIMOUN P MORT DE FAIM MATLO SERVICE NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. SOIS DISANT FREE DELIVERY KUMADR P DIRE DIMOUN BEZ SEC KUMSAEM MERCI BONNE ANNEE -_-
