Comme on dis en anglais ' the best of the best' . Deja a l'accueil, Salim tres souriant et tres professionnelle nous accueille avec une telle delicatesse. C'est rare et cela fais enormement plaisir. Le steak est succulent. Nous avons passer une merveilleuse soiree. Bravo a tous les equipes ainsi que le Barman, tres tres bon cocktail!

Quelle belle surprise que la decouverte de ce magnifique lieu.tout est au rendez vous lieu,qualite des produits, prix et un service exceptionnel! Une reelle prise en compte de l attente du client. Encore merci pour toutes vos attentions. Regine!

Since moving to Mauritius 11 years ago my wife & I have used this restaurant regularly for celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries & public holidays as well as taking visiting relatives & family. Without exception all concerned have enjoyed their experience of the delicious food & drink & the friendly service given by the staff. From Mr. Kenny the manager & the excellent lady maitre d to the waiting staff, you are treated as a valued customer.mit is no wonder that so many people are regular return customers who recognize good value for money.

I started using this cafe from the time it first opened. It was initially managed by Mr. Manny Hamdulay from South Africa who also oversaw the establishment of the same cafe in Grand Baie La Croisette. He recruited some very good female waiting & cooking staff & it was a pleasure to eat there. Eventually he returned to South Africa & quite quickly standards dropped. He had been a very visible manager who spoke to customers to ensure they enjoyed their visit. Quite soon after the change in management, clients were left to wait for their food for long periods, orders were incorrectly delivered & many regular customers stopped using the cafe. I myself walked out when the food I ordered did not arrive for nearly 30 minutes and then I was told that the item I chose was not available! Then many of the waitresses who had shown skills in their work became tired of being the scapegoats for the organisation & left for other jobs. I still use this cafe because the food has always been of good quality & well cooked, albeit seldom served hot. If you do the same I warn you to expect an unexplained wait. Management is still a rare sight & that is the root of any disappointment.

Best place to eat in Quatres-Bornes. Very nice ambiance around. Great food!

Delivered on time! Fantastic Food, loved the chinese food that you make, the noodles and the snacks, hakien, stuffed chillies, wantan and also the samoussas, oh my god!! Thanks guys!!

Very bad staff behaviour! still have to learn how to listen to guest before answer back, no respect at all!! Sorry but at the end it's us guest who make your salary every end of the month!! Even the manager are not so professional..my advice for you lady will be, change this job because it not suits you at all in my opinion the way u do it with guest.may be coz am Mauritian but believe me I know more than u can imagine. Never ever again will go there...at le patio!

Every time we go to this restaurant! We've stopped going to nearby ones! The service is always ever so good! Simple, but very good. They are not needy. Respectful. The 'chasow' is the best! The seafood is ever so fresh - catch of the day! Even the prawns are fresh and juicy - they don't have the frozen aftertaste. People in search of authentic chinese cuisine: that's The place!

Third time and twice with a large group. Service was good as usual and so was the lamb. Unfortunately all three salmons were overcooked,all three prawn salads served with too much sauce unlike last time. One replaced with as much sauce! Even waitress noticed and voiced out same conclusion. Guess the chef did not appreciate the complaint and simply sent back a similar dish!!!Same sauce served with ALL dishes. Unusual to note that we were all served water without even ordering any!! I complained and both bottles were excluded from the bill and we only paid for those we ordered. One tea cup came with at least five ants - floating on the surface! I believe staff are trained to keep filling the glasses without even asking if one wants more. As a result at end of dinner most glassses are left at least half filled. Do not serve bread and upon our insistence same was brought from another restaurant. But cold and relatively big loaves instead of small varied hot breads as one would expect from such restaurant. Policy is not to allow birthday cake and had to order. Was proposed a chocolate fondant but were served a chocolate mousse instead. Will I go back? May be for the lamb and friendly staff. Surely not for the salmon or prawn salad and curry risotto (twice too salty). Starters - really not value for money except for the salmon (different from main dish). Similar restaurants - Courtyard and Dumont give better value for money.

I am very shocked that a family restaurant plays music with explicit lyrics. I have had this experience twice at the Port Louis Mcdonalds and on both occasions informed that staff. The music sounded as if we were in a night club!!! The ''F'' and ''S'' words were very audible in the music. Something really needs to be done about this. I will not bring my kids there again

Excellente adresse sur black river, à recommander sans hésiter c est la 2ème année que je viens pas déçu. cuisine, service convivialité atmosphère, bref rien à redire à mon prochain passage,c'est sûr.

I called and when someone picked up the phone they did not say a word so i said hello and the debonair employee said hello. i asked is this debonairs he said yes; i said ok can i place an order he said what do you want! no professionalism but pizza is good that's all you have. Employ people that can actually speak.

The best ever for birthday cakes and the shakes. I have ordered many times and all the times the cakes was awesome. Affordable, good service and good location. I love it. The art of cake making has come to Mauritius. The cakes are made with love, affection and passion. As far as I can remember, I have been enjoying KFC since 2008. It is THE place where you can enjoy good food. The place where you can find very tasty crispy strips and delicious zingers. And if you want to eat more healthy, you can still go to KFC and choose... salad with grilled chicken! From my experience, KFC offers good service and is always open whenever you have an empty stomach! :)

We were booked under the name Memon for dinner at 8pm on Friday 27 November It was a dinner for our family from UK. We arrived promptly and was sat on number 3. We had an elderly waiter dressed in a black waistcoat who gave us appalling service. We had to tell him to stop running away to other tables while ordering our food as his eyes were on other tables that he was serving too. We were very patient with him and felt like leaving the restaurant. As my elderly father was with us we could not just leave and eat elsewhere. Therefore we endured the poor service and settled the Rs3700 bill in cash. I complained to the cashier and to the waiter himself that I was not happywigh the service, I refused to top, I must let you know I am a businesswoman in fashion retail in Mautitius. I have lived in UK for 40 years and frequented many restaurants in several countries. This is the first time I have had to complain so strongly about poor restaurant service. No apologies were given nor can the manager be seen anywhere. Therefore I never plan to visit King Dragon again. Mrs Memon

Excellente qualité de la cuisine, les assiettes sont hyper copieuses, les barquettes sont proposées pour emporter l'excédent. Le service est réalisé avec une très grande amabilité, j'y reviens à chaque fois que je passe à l'ile Maurice, et je continuerai à y revenir tant que je serai aussi satisfait. Faut il encore donner son avis sur "Le Pescatore"?? Nous fréquentons ce restaurant depuis plus de vingt années. Chaque année nous testons la haute gastronomie mauricienne. Le Pescator est et reste le meilleur de l'île. Un peu décentré, peut être, mais le restaurant vaut largement le voyage. A l'an prochain. M. Vanescote
