Having actually tried the brunch and lunch there, I will highly recommend this gastronomic restaurant. The food and portions is of reasonable and excellent quality. It is interesting to note that a lot of their food items is actually from the Maritim hotel property, therefore very fresh. Other than that the brunch is very value to money with eat as much gastronomic food as you can and drink as much sparkling rose as you can! What makes it exceptional is the welcome and service from the staff. I guarantee it will make your day. Hats off to the Chef Stephane Thuron who has been trained my Michelin chefs, to Ganesh and the adorable waiter Nitraj! Keep it up guys, you have one customer for life!! :-)

Temperature: excellente...couleur magnifique, me donnant tres faim...

Great fresh pastry and adorable design. I came the long way from Flic en Flac to R&B. Was more than worth the trip. Thanks a lot. Tolle, frische Backwaren mit unglaublichem Design. Der lange Weg von Flic en Flac zu R&B hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Ganz dickes Dankeschoen.

Hi R&B,i'm the dark & slim guy from "bedouin co ltd"..often there for company's lunch{mostly those panini's"yummy yummy" my favourite, whereas my boss,he prefers your chicken/veg salads as you'll probably know and some others with the burgers} + indeed, those superp cakes we have at tea time ( god knows how you make them )never had cakes like this before in mauritius..honestly i'm not a sweet teeth but still, there is a unique & mouth watering taste from each variety of your cakes..which never put me off sweets, several times it's hard to choose..and few times we even had rows with colleagues at work, as not everyone can come to your pastry during work hours..hehe.. My words to you,KEEP IT ON, you lots doing great....

it was a good pizzeria when the chinese lady was at the counter. Yesterday Night i was there with my wife to buy a pizza, i paid the lady with my SBM card and she asked me to wait for 10 mins which was normal for me. We waited outside the restaurant and after 10 mins the lady came out with our order. Then she asked for my receipt before delivering the pizza to me but i lost it, she told me that she can't give me the pizza since i don't have the receipt and that i must produce it in order to get my pizza. i was frustrated with her behaviour, has she encountered any mental syndrome that she has forgot us in 10 mins. what was she trying to prove that we have not paid the pizza and that i was trying to take profit out of it. for me her behaviour was an insult to me, i was ashamed to be treated like that in front of all customers. i could have prove that i bought the pizza, i could have made a mini statement at the nearby SBM ATM. this was a very bad experience for me and i have already told all my friends, family and relatives with whom we used to take pizza at pirtaes about my mishap. pirates has not this same welcoming atmosphere as before, we were always well treated when the chinese lady was at the counter but the yesterday's lady didn't have any care for her customers. moreover she was taking our order and talking on the phone at the same time. what a total disrespect towards client. i don't know if i will ever visit pirates again. best reagrds kevin

The place is a dump. The food is awful and over priced. Their cocktails are akin to swap water. You can single out a couple of waiters only for good service. You can see the owners and managers busy getting drunk most of the time. A little bit of apartheid-ish mood. The only plus point is the view.

One of the best steaks of the island. A tad bit expensive. But i guess the restaurant is more on the premium side. The service was excellent. The staff, very friendly and quite patient. Their drinks card does not have enough variety. Wines start pretty much at Rs. 900. Would have loved seeing more creative cocktails and refined premium spirits. More thought needs to go there to match their dishes.

Great prices, great portions, great great food. Service is average, but then i guess it is typical of a typical budget restaurant. If you want great chinese food, without all the glitter, this is the place.

Domaine Anna Restaurant is really the precious diamond in the cave. Despite it's low accessibility, it is very famous and you better reserve before going there. Once there, first thing is the atmosphere.. which is very relaxing, beautiful (especially if you book a table near the pond) and welcoming. Then, of course, the food: which comes with an excellent service and also quite cheap as well! But there nothing cheap in the quality... their food is very well prepared, tasty and feel very fresh, although there is not much very exotics on the menu... but even the basic appetiser are delights! I highly recommend you to have a go at their soups! However, I'm disappointed that the menu only have the usual dishes when I think that the atmosphere there, deserved a more exotic meal than Fried rice(which was heavenly good though). Then desert... again, I felt like a bit of a lack of choice but a nice classic ice-cream is always welcomed. Overall, it is a beautiful place that is worth going and no-matter the restricted menu, but then... I can live on Fried rice all my life!!! (^__^) Do have a try of it!!! PS: did I mention the big fishes...

the food i liked most in the food-court, caudan waterfront port-loius is kebzs. the food is not a commercial dish but it is a complete meal, with the salad, chips and desired drink. i love the "falafa meal", while my friend loves the 'pita bread meal'. i have tried all the meal there and always appreciated the food. :)
