Great food. used this restaurant many times over the 18 years we have been visiting Mauritius. Always good service and excellent food. So A BIG Thanks to all the staff. CHEERS....

Gone there for Easter Lunch. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, good music. Very relaxing and my daughter had a very nice time with egg painting and egg hunting.

Very poor service. Waiters seem lost. They mistook my orders and had the guts to tell me that i was wrong. Waited more than 45 min to get a cold "ourite safrané". Would not recommend at all. I was there with my family and they spoiled everyone's mood. Food takes too long to come out of kitchen.

Wir haben das Restaurant durch Zufall gefunden das erste Mal 2013 und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet.Dann waren wir 2015 wieder in Mauritius und haben das Restaurant wieder besucht und wie immer sehr gut gegessen. Es ist ein Geheimtipp nicht groß aber das Essen super. Wir kommen im Juni 2018 wieder nach Mauritius und werden selbstverständlich wieder nach Chamarel fahren und das Chez Pierre Paul besuchen. Freuen uns schon sehr auf das gute Essen.

I had been to galitos Phoenix today with my family and baby.i was very impressed with the service menus and everything.but above all I was much more impressed with the staffs the way they provided us a very good service especially I have a small baby. He made us very comfortable. Each time I would come for dinner or lunch I would never miss to come to galitos Phoenix because of the service provided to us.

Had been to galitos with family for dinner was really amazing...nice hospitality and warm welcome by your new staff who help us a lot and always interacting with your guest...always charming and smiling... had a nice time and will visit soon with family and friends.. Thank you..

Tonight I came with two friends for a small dinner. We took three bol renverser special and three chopine pearona. The ashier man charged us rs 535 instead of rs 435. We were in a hurry as the guy with whom we came is getting married next week needs to return home quick for an urgent personal matter. Inadvertently we made the mistake of paying higher and when we arrived home we realized our mistake. The cashierman says machine has a problem some it makes rs 535. Since im a regular customer i can say my loyalty to this restaurant is waived now. The restaurant management can see my photo n camera to investigate if they want.

I suggest to visit Luigi's. He is Italian like me an you will not repent. Delicious Italian style food.

It was a very bad experience on Saturday night with the family. At least two dishes were spoilt and they argue with you it's ok. What are the Ministry of Health food inspectors waiting to visit them?

Restaurant, super exécrable. Service à déplorer. Au bout de 10 min la barman fais sa vaisselle et me demande mm pas ce que je veux. Lorsque je demande le nom du responsable. Elle me rétorque I'm nya personne et qu'elle ne ve pas me servir.

Pink haired staff was very rude, showed no enthusiasm to serve us, and took a long time talking amongst themselves before takingI our payment.

Très content d'avoir découvert ce restaurant et sa propriétaire; qui sait mettre une belle ambiance on rencontre tjrs qqun de nouveau au bar , les plats sont super et la vue magnifique une super adresse je vais revenir bises

La meilleure PIZZA servie a l’île Maurice - EXCELLENT Un vrai professionnel Italien au cuisine, les pizzas sont un délice - mérite le détour - y aller absolument Tarif très correct, très bon rapport qualité prix

Pour commencer, faites nettoyer la table, une couche de poussière noire sous les avant-bras...Ça commence bien ! Le serveur nous appris un truc...Un Pina Colada se sert en dessert ! Ah bon...On en apprend tous les jours. Finalement on opte pour un Ti Punch, tellement "léger" qu'on a l'impression de siroter un Sprite !...Ça continue.... On passe au gratin de crabe : où est la chair de crabe ? Insipide et sans gout, une espèce de "préparation fromagère" (ne qualifions surtout pas ça de fromage) très gratiner (voir brûlée) qui a une forte tendance a faire l’élastique quand vous essayer de le manger...Bref, pas bon, aucun intérêt ! Y a-t-il réellement un cuisinier derrière, la question reste posée ?.... Passons aux pâtes à la Carbonara...On s'attend au moins un sans-faute sur la cuisson des pâtes (surtout quand se qualifie de restaurant Italien), eh bien non ! Trop cuit, quand à la sauce : très liquide (pas d'onctuosité)...Je cherche encore l’œuf dedans ! Finalement le vin commande n'est pas là, sur les conseils de notre serveur (très baratineur....Mais pas serveur de métier) on prend un verre de vin rose....Une horrible "piquette", c'est bien la première fois qu'on me fait ça a Maurice : sans nul doute possible, il vient de nous servir du Bordofin !(boisson premier prix vendu en boutique a Maurice : espèce de mélange d'alcool fruits et colorant - bien connu des Mauriciens), d'ailleurs le serveur n.a jamais voulu nous montrer la bouteille face à notre doute avéré. C'est du foutage de gueule complet ! Apres tout ça, il est facile de comprendre que ne nous sommes pas risque de prendre un dessert.... Je me demande comment on peut penser ouvrir un restaurant quand on ne connait pas l'ABC de la restauration, restaurateur est un métier, ça s'apprend...Si c'est pour faire ça, fermer, ça vaudra mieux pour tout le monde ! "Chez pépé" était un très bon restaurant il y a quelques années, avec une bonne réputation (méritée) - Ce n'est vraiment plus le cas !

Restaurant dont la réputation est largement méritée.Les plats y sont excellents tout comme le personnel qui est attentif et très agréable. Une très bonne table gastronomique à recommander.Passage en janvier 2018.

Myself and my wife stayed in Trou d'Eau Douce in August 2017 , we came across a beautiful restaurant called Green Island, Beautiful food and staff were brilliant, so helpful and professional, the place was so nice and surroundings pleasant that we dined in there most evenings, sometimes ordering food to take away to the other beach areas. never a fuss or problem. They are genuinely one of the best restaurants I have seen on Mauritius, for quality and price.. 10 out of 10 at all times definitely a 5* restaurant. Thank you for such great hospitality . Ce repas offert par nos enfants résidants en France fût et restera un moment de rêve. D'abord pou l’accueil qui nous fût réservé, ensuite Even et ses colllègues féminines sans exception, que je ne cite pas individuellement, parce que je ne voudrais, en oublier aucune. On 30.01.2018 at pizza inn flacq I paid Rs 519 two veggi delights pizza.I was charged RS 120 for extra cheese. But the two pizza which was given to me did not have extra cheese. It was very deceiving.Bad service.my order number was no 279.

pizza was excellent, why don't have delivery in region Bel vedere or lallmatie. need to collect it at bon acceuil. please review the region delivery

These pizzas rate as the best I've ever had. And that's from a choice over many parts of the world. Their house wine is also excellent. I go back every time I'm in Mauritius which is quite often. If you want to leave a review look under Pamplemouses. Strange I know. It took me some time to find them. Well worth the visit. I've just talked myself into La Cigale for dinner tonight.
