Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok’s Brunch Is Back On 2nd December

The Brunch, Bubbles & Beats of Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa will be back on Sunday 2nd December with a selection of delicious treats in the three restaurants of the resort: Le Bazar, Safran andKushi, from 12.30 am to 4 pm. Enjoy the stunning setting of Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok while listening to local artists Laura Beg and Alain Ramanisum performing live.

Taste flavours of the world as wells as specialties of the chefs: Chef Jean-Francois's pan-seared foie gras on spice bread with apple sauce; Chef Ahmad's beef Wellington with port wine sauce, butternut purée and truffle oil, Chef Ong's whole pork on the spit and Chef Vasish's Blow torched Ombrine Temari. There will also be an Italian corner with the preparation of burrata and parmesan wraps and various homemade pastas and sauces. Seafood amateurs will find a wide assortment of seafood such as Fine de Claire oysters & sea urchins, sea shells display, oyster shooter, clams Marinière, sweet & sour prawns, etc. as well as the authentic Spanish paella. And, of course, a dessert corner with a myriad of sweet treats, such as candy floss, chocolate tart, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate fountain among others…

The rates with unlimited culinary treats with soft drinks and juices:

  • Rs. 1,800 per person for the teens’ package
  • Rs. 2,500 per person including unlimited beer
  • Rs. 3,000 per person for free flow sparkling wine and house wines
