Shangri-La’s Le Touessok hosting Jacqueline Dalais for special Women’s Day dinner

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort &Spa will be organising a special dinner on the 8th March prepared by the renowned Mauritian chef Jacqueline Dalais.

She, who started her career at Le Touessrok more than 40 years ago, will concoct an exceptional menu for this event honouring women. Celebrate International Women’s Day with an epicurean dinner inspired by Jacqueline Dalais, with her legendary dishes and a special ladies aperitif.

A glass of champagne will be offered to them as aperitif. A Scallop skewer, a Salad with duck liver, Roasted lamb and Red snapper fish will be among the delectable dishes available on the menu. The partner of the event, Natureland, will introduce the Cocchi Americano Aperativo, the Champagne Duval-Leroy Brut Reserve and more during the evening.
