For the fifth consecutive year, the gastronomic event "Goût de France - Good France", celebrating French cuisine is taking place on 21st March 2019.

The aim of this global event is to celebrate French cuisine, its traditions and its values, on the same day around the world. It will be held in all 5 continents in over 150 countries, with talented chefs presenting their unique take on a typical “French meal”.

You will be able to relish gourmet dishes and discover exquisite menus "à la française". In 2018, the contribution of 3,000 restaurants, in 152 countries made this event a huge success.

Each dinner menu featured is designed to promote the French cuisine alongside healthy cooking techniques, with less fat, sugar and salt. In Mauritius, 21 restaurants have chosen to promote l’art de vivre à la française (the French way of life) using French products.
