Have you planned anything for Sunday 5th August? Why not try the most popular Brunch, Bubbles & Beats by Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa with your family or friends. You will savour the best of the resort’s cuisine, with the Mediterranean food from Le Bazar, Japanese specialties from Kushi and Indian flavours at Safran. The chefs of the resort will also prepare their specialties for the occasion: the duck breast with berry sauce prepared by Chef Jean-Francois. Chef Ahmad's delightful Risotto cooked with wild mushrooms and served with crispy vegetable and Chef Ong's spectacular steamed fish in banana leaves.A giant briyani, an Indian-style venison curry, a farm-fed duck cooked in Masala tandoor, Roasted leg of lamb, salmon cooked in champagne and a Jacqueline Dalais’ sea urchin cappuccino will be among the various dishes proposed that day. A nice selection of desserts will also be available to end the meal on a sweet note.
The musical entertainment will be made by JS Quartet band featuring DJ Shehzad K on the decks, percussionist Julien Monasi, saxophonist Samuel Laval and violonist Joana Gentil.
