I have stopped counting the various times Iv been there and it is not consistent in its food quality and service as well. Even in its ambiance. Despite it's low accessibility, it is very famous and you better reserve before going there. Once there, first thing is the atmosphere.. which is very relaxing, beautiful (especially if you book a table near the pond) and welcoming. But there nothing cheap in the quality... their food is very well prepared, tasty and feel very fresh, although there is not much very exotics on the menu... but even the basic appetiser are delights! I highly recommend you to have a go at their soups! However, I'm disappointed that the menu only have the usual dishes when I think that the atmosphere there, deserved a more exotic meal than Fried rice(which was heavenly good though). Then desert... again, I felt like a bit of a lack of choice but a nice classic ice-cream is always welcomed. Overall, it is a beautiful place that is worth going and no-matter the restricted menu, but then... I can live on Fried rice all my life!!! (^__^) Do have a try of it!!! The food was really really good and we received quite a good service. One drawback maybe was the price of the food. I personally thought that their prices were a bit too high as compared to other restos around. But if are looking for a romantic place with a beautiful setting I would definitely recommend it!! Read More » world, the service excellent...A day to remember and cherish indeed and people who work there made it possible!! Though when we usually eat inside the restaurant, the only problem is noise, too much noise around with barely a music, it's rather a murmur and there are either too few waiters or too many people around as it is always difficult to get one waiter available to attend to our needs in between the meals if ever we need something but apart from that when we are assigned a waiter we do have someone to receive our orders and serve us the food...Anyways the place for us bears another more important meaning!!! Look out for the selection of aquariums near the entrance. Very chinese feel, but with a diverse menu. Service quick, polite and well executed. Dishes were all very good, with the seafood a definite strong recommend. Has an interesting selection of cocktails too. There are little "islands" where some large tables are placed which give you privacy. If you walk around you will see ducks as well as big turtles which could be very cool for entertaining kids. It is the most amazing restaurant we have been to anywhere, the food and surroundings are amazing and excellent value.
