250g calamari rings, blanched and cooled
1 purple onion, sliced
120g green beans, blanched and cut into 1 cm slices
A handful of coriander leaves
5 small radishes, sliced
3 table spoons olive oil
3 table spoons lemon juice
2 table spoons white wine vinegar
A pinch of salt
Chili (according to taste)
Mix all ingredients and serve.
