    Banana foster is a sweet dessert made with banana and rum. You will surely enjoy this banana dessert.

    Ingredients

    • 4 persons
    • 6 bananas
    • 15 cl of Rum
    • ½ lemon
    • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 3 drops of vanilla extract

    Preparation

    1. Preparation time: 10 mins
    2. Cut bananas lengthwise and sprinkle with lemon.
    3. Melt the sugar and leave to caramelize.
    4. Add the bananas and let them color on each side.
    5. Heat the rum and flambé.
    6. Serve with vanilla flavoured or any ice cream of your choice.
