I usually don’t complain about service unless it is abominable. I experienced very bad service there today. Several lessons: The manager wasn’t listening to me. The manager made an excuse rather than an explanation. The manager was rude and expected me to remain silent. The manager did not teach the waiter to respond and manage tables during busy time. Given all the other good pizzas there are to eat, would I want to spend my hard-earned money at this kind of fast food restaurant again??? Never. Train your school boys (waiter) as well as your manager.

Only 3 table to cater for when i arrived and yet had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. Again insistence of employing mainly foreign staff who arent fluent in french or creole causes lots of ordering problem and perhaps communication problem with the kitchen as orders keeps coming in late. 55 mins for a wrap and pizza for one person is not acceptable at all. Especially when the pizza is under-cooked and doughy. Ordered extra chicken and pepper toppings got extra cheese and extra mushroom. So wither the order was wrongly taken or the communication with kitchen wrong or kitchen staff made mistake. This isnt the first time my order was messed up. And never was anything done. The sauces on the table are not worth it, they do not appear to be fresh. The food is good, but not up to the level. I suggest getting the items as it, do not make any swaps or additions or removals and do not order any special items as it seems to confuse them. It would seem the reason it is one of the place with space during the rush hour because people try to avoid it.

On the 19th of october me and my fiance came to the phoenix restaurant around 2 a.m, seated but no one attended us. So we went to the cashier to pass an order but she said she will send someone to attend but no one came again. We starve for 20 mins then move to the near restaurant out if dissappointment. Please provide a good service. Thanks.

Yesterday I went there for lunch.We were two persons.I entered the pizza inn phoenix mall and seated.At that time it was around 14.15 and there were around 6 persons actually as customers.I sat down and the waiters were busy gossiping.After 3 minutes a girl came and gave us two menu lists and that another waiter will come to take the order.I waited nearly 4 minutes and still nobody came for the order.I was very hungry as lunch time was nearly over.I looked at the two groups of waiters who were still joking and nobody came to my table for the order.After watching them several minutes I had no option to move to another restaurant opposite them the Ocean Basket. I drew their attention that it is not the first time that they just ignore customers.And nobody tried even to say sorry.I hope one day they will know what is customer care.
