5 big potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 teaspoon mango powder
1 teaspoon dried pomegranate seeds, ground
1 1/4 teaspoons Dal Masala
1 teaspoon oregano seeds
3 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
salt, by taste
1 cup butter


1. In a bowl, break the boiled potatoes into small pieces and mix with all of the remaining filling ingredients.
2. Make the samosa dough and pouches and fill pouches with the potato mixture.
3. Fry 1 samosa at a time in the butter over low heat until browned on all sides
