Roti with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:

2 Cups Rice Flour
12 Beans
2 Carrots
2 Onions
1 Small Cucumber
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
8 Green Chilies
Few Coriander Leaves
Few Curry Leaves
1 Cup Coconut
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry

Preparation:

1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces
2. Mix all vegetables, cumin seeds, green chilies and the curry /coriander leaves along with rice flour and salt
3. Make this mixture into soft dough using water carefully and kneading
4. On a non-stick pan pour a few drops of oil and spread small dough into a round shaped roti by slowly pressing
5. Cook both sides in medium heat
6. Serve
