Cornmeal pudding

Ingredients:

500gr of frozen cream-style corn
2 large eggs
1/3 cup cornmeal mix
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Whisk together the tube of frozen cream-style corn, eggs, cornmeal mix, salt and the pepper.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
