Roast beef in the oven is a classic dish you can't miss. Accompanied by gratin or in its very simple version, the roast beef will delight the taste buds of all your guests.
Ingredients
- 1 roast beef, barded and tied (750 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 220 ° C and take out the meat at least 1 hour before cooking so that it is at room temperature.
- Place your roast, with bard and string in an ovenproof dish, then pour a little olive oil over it, coat it evenly.
- Bake it first for 15 minutes, always at 220 ° C.
