Your food is good overall.. however the portion in different branches are different... how come at riche terre's outlet i get much more chips and at port louis i get only half portion for a large menu. The staff at port louis' outlet are rude. Service quality is really poor...

La nourriture était vraiment bonne. Mais ma copine et moi avons été contrariés après qu'un des membres du staff vienne nous demander de partir parce qu'il n'y avait plus de table de libre dans le restaurant. Je comprend que la personne ne faisait que son travail et ne la blâme pas parce qu'elle était vraiment gentille avec nous. Mais ça se fait pas de mettre les gens à la porte comme ça. En plus de ça ma copine n'avait toujours pas terminer son plat.

20.09.17 Je mange au McDo occasionnellement. Mais aujourd'hui, ce n'était pas bon. J'ai pris un menu Big mac boeuf. La salade etait super salée a l'interieure. Le sel mal réparti j'imagine. Le service à la commande très bof. On sent que les employés ont un objectif à atteindre et vous encourage à prendre des suppléments. Pour le big mac boeuf, elle me demande, double boeuf ? Je lui réponds ...le burger a déjà "du double" boeuf". Si vous ne connaissez pas, vous dites oui, c'est facturé et voilà ( imaginez le big mac avec 4 tranches ... ok pour les amoureux de la viande de boeuf en burgers) "Puis, faites la queue de ce coté", j'étais en train de ranger ma monnaie dans mon portefeille qu'elle me l'a répété. Et ce n'était pas pleins à craquer... Ma commande No 339... Decue aujourd'hui en tout cas de l'accueil et de ce que j'ai mangé.

On 2 occasions I have not been served with fries when ordering meals. Once at Trianon, and the other one at Beau Bassin. Today, I have been again at BB. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a kids meal and 6 nuggets. I was told that I will get a Mac beef as a bonus. I informed the waiter on the drive through to see to it that I have got everything in my bag. To my great surprise , on reaching home there was no Mac in it.

On two consecutive sundays i was juped by the delivery staffs.After the drive thru and reaching home,i was surprised that i did not received one Mc Spicy Chicken burger and 6 Nugggets respectively. I think that the staffs on delivery are not attentive at all i highly recommend to check your meal before leaving the pick up point.

While using the drive thru I have notice several times there are tomato and tissue missing in the paper bag when I am at home. Today 19.11.11 at 17.55 p.m I have bought 2 burgers and 1 fish o fillet, at Home I noticed that they have given me only 1 burger and 1 Fish o Filet. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE NEXT TIME ALL THE CLIENT USING THE DRIVE THRU SHOULD CHECK THEIR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT

i visit the phoenix restaurant twice a week. am always impressed with ur level of service n hygiene . nevertheless last monday i faced some stupid embarrasing moments in phoenix i requested chips with less salt or no salt. afetr waiting for 10 min i went back to the till to ask for it n they realised they forgot me. after another 5 min wait they said they will bring it. by that time my burger n drink was over so i requested that the chips be swapped to a desert. instaed of trying to help me they mocked at me and asked to pay the difference between chips n desert without knowing the reason y i was changing mind. they treated me as if i was trying to get desert for a cheaper price which was revolting customer service by your staff n management. plz look into this as am a regular twice a week customer regards hussain

We have been treated like very badly today at Mc Donald's Phoenix. 25 minutes before the restaurant closed, all the machines were off. The lady could not understand proper French or English. Please change your night staff ! Service lamentable, le personnel ne parle ni anglais ni français. Ces derniers ont refusé de nous laisser choisir nos plats ! Il est bizarre d'arriver dans un Mc Donald's où il n'y a presque plus rien à manger 25 minutes avant la fermeture. Heureusement que vous servez finalement du boeuf ! (Enfin quand il en reste).

Last saturday I went through the drivetru as I was in a hurry with my 2 kids in the car.I had ordered 2 Mc chicken, 1 Filet o Fish and 1 Happy meal.My bill was Rs 401. I have been waited for 15-20 mins and the kids was impatient. When it come to my turn that person gave me a happy meal and a bag with my burgers and I left, it was around 11.50 am. At home when we were having our lunch I notice that the receipt is missing and that girl has given my only 1 Mc Chicken instead of 2.This is inacceptable after having waiting for 20 minutes I did not have lunch. Mc Donald need proper tracking system and this is the second time I have getting this type of service !!!!

Bonsoir. J'ai souvent eu la desagreable surprise de ne pas avoir de milk shake parfum fraise a vos restaurants de Phoenix et de P Louis. Comme cela a ete le cas a Phoenix aujourd'hui apres-midi d'ailleurs. C'est malheureux qu'une si grande enseigne internationale soit si mal geree a Maurice. A une epoque ou le service clientele est primordial, vous avez encore beaucoup a faire dans ce sens. Ma famille et moi ne mettrons plus les pieds chez Mcdonald Maurice. Et soyez sure que ce message sera distribue a qui veut l'entendre.

Un service qui n'est pas a la hauteur de mac do. C'est a dire tres tres tres lent, c pas un fast food mais plutot un slow food. Faut toujours verifier la livraison du style commander 6 nugget et en recevoir que 4, ou mieux encore en commander 6 et en arrivant chez vous voir que vous en avez pas ! Quand vous connaissez le service de mac do en europe ben ya pas photo...encore heureux que la nourriture est bonne.

Each time we go to any Mc Donalds esp Riche Terre the person over the counter keeps adding on the menu extra mayonaise,extra cheese etc but when asked to remove it from the list, he or she simply tells "oh no don't worry it's included in the menu..."of course no means to confirm this when the menu price on screen is different...recently I asked for filet-o-fish menu and found myself being served a DOUBLE filet-o-fish with extra cheese which is unusual...when rechecking the receipt was written XTRA FISH PY and XTRA cheese which I didn't order...when finally summing up extras on receipt I ended up paying around 100 rupees EXTRA that I didn'the ask...and no means to verify....if it happened with me imagine how many helpless customers they "robbed"....of course no means to confirm this "..." as well.I hope someday they improve the service so that the customer clearly knows what he is paying on these EXTRAS

Excellent service provided and the employees were helpful

I've been very satisfied with the service of Mcdonald's at phoenix and Port Louis. However Grand baie Mcdonald's has had very disapointing specially with its slow service. They often give you what you don't ask them to. They are incompetant and not very well organise.

MCDO is quite cool, i love the drive thru... rapid effective and very nice service. The service in the resto seems to be quite slow and sometimes take a little more time than the drive thru. The Alou Tiki Veg menu bread is very small and not enough for a person to eat as well as the Vegie mac. I really like the double MAC chicken , nicely cooked. Resto atmosphere is cool. I will also highly recommend you the MACDO Milkshakes ... very cool or should say awesome.

Best Vegetarian food Ever! It's pure veg, very clean, home made with love and So delicious! and on the top of it Very healthy! The portions are really worth it. Ideal for everyday meal, and really interesting for private events. One of the only pure veg european dishes that I know in Mauritius, most of them are indian (which is very Good) but other than Indian, ManzArli is the only one known that does other dishes than Indian and is Only Vegetarian. Enjoy the try, I recommend!

This restaurant is an absolute gem, we ate here almost every day for 6 months, totally original. John and his sister (the chef) were so hospitable, the food is divine. And ridiculously cheap! The crab claws are delicious, the curry is a must try, and the noodles are the best I have ever tasted. And I have traveled extensively. If this was in a major city you would wait weeks to get a table here. If you are ever in Vacoas, you MUST eat here.

Every time we go to this restaurant! We've stopped going to nearby ones! The service is always ever so good! Simple, but very good. They are not needy. Respectful. The 'chasow' is the best! The seafood is ever so fresh - catch of the day! Even the prawns are fresh and juicy - they don't have the frozen aftertaste. People in search of authentic chinese cuisine: that's The place!

Bad experience. Waited 30 minutes and then decided to leave. They kept telling us that our starter was coming but it never did. When we were leaving, the staff was rude to us. Never going back
