Had a very Chic experience at Ocean Basket this is the best seafood restaurant I've never found elsewhere ,all is perfect there ,Wow! very nice the seafood are authentic I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Have a try you'll see you'll never regret

I visited Nando's jumbo one week ago. The food is excellent,the chicken peri peri is still up to the standard. Good quality food , healthy and the service was excellent, though the restaurant was crowded. The ambiance was very pleasant,with a soft music, the terrace is a good initiative and I felt more relaxed having dinner over there. The food is very affordable. The layout of nando's jumbo is beautiful, with the kitchen on the right corner of the entry. Excellent service, tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, nice setting, quite spacious and well organised as well. Had a good experience and I will visit it more often :)

Excellent service at Nando's Phoenix recently. The restaurant is very welcoming and thumbs up to the staff..they were amazing. I suggest the deck eating either for lunch or dinner...

Good experience with the grills from SA. Staff are always ready to help. bon rapport qualité prix. Don't forget their loyalty program, worth the penny you'll spend.

I didn't appreciate the service delivery of Nandos at Phoenix Mall. I ordered for a large chips and a Roasted Veggie Wrap (without chilli). I had to wait for more than 25 minutes to get my order, that too without an order note. 2 times I had to go to the cashier to see if my order had been placed. I specified to the cashier that I want the wrap without chilli, but to my surprise, it was full with chilli and I got a long hair inside the wrap, which was so disgusting.

Food quick and service efficient. Ordered chicken liver great, portion size tiny...salad was very bitter, too many olives dressing very bitter. Chicken ordered ok. Very expensive meal overall we were only there for an hour all in all. No childrens activities to keep them occupied.

Excellent food and Service. 100% Satisfied! will visit again for sure.

Very good food!!! Worth the Price! Did not regret paying Rs 1200! The quality is extremely good, the menu is customer-friendly! Even the plates were warm to make you feel comfortable(to avoid touching cold plates)! I would recommend the restaurant to people. The waiter served us so well that we gave him Rs 500 as tip!!!! Just the place was a bit noisy, maybe because there were many people at Bagatelle Mall. But it was 'luxurious'!

The food is actually not bad at all. My husband tried the Cataplana and he really liked. I took a burger (you can rarely go wrong with a chicken burger). For entrees we ordered humus and pita bread, but unfortunately as in most Mauritius, they have no idea how to prepare a humus or pita breads. Very nice deco and atmosphere Service was average (sleepy waitresses). Yes, I would definitely come again.

I have been to Nando's several time and the experience was rather good. However, I have noted that during peak hour, the waiters panick a bit and often provide bad service. I went there with my family last week end (mother's day). One customer complained because he was presented with a bill which did not correspond to what he ordered. The waiting time was long due to the restaurant being full. We ordered a full pack meal , 1 coke and 1 o.5L of water. To our astonishment, the coke was served to a table next to us and the waiter then noticed the blunder and took the coke from the other table and moved it to our table. Another waiter brought burger meals to our table which did not correspond to our order. We noticed that there was a loyalty program in place. When effecting payment at the counter, I enquired about this program and was told by the lady that I could not subscribe to the program since there was no application form available. When I enquired why no form was available, I was told that this was so since there were many persons who subscribed to the loyalty program and whose card were ready for collection but had not yet collected their card from the restaurant. I do not understand how this was linked to the fact that no application form was available and why there was an advert about the loyalty card on each table.

I went to Nando's with my family a few days ago. We ordered a family meal and we were amazed of the waiting time for the food to be served. It took more than 45 minutes for the food to be served. They seemed to be short of staff on Sunday afternoon.

Loved the 2 recent visits to this branch, service was good not perfect, food was well cooked and didnt have to wait that long despite the busy and noisy environment. .would certainly recommend to others, well worth visiting. Thx.

Really enjoyed dinner with the family in the classy deco restaurant; service was just on time, cooked to perfection and served with a great genuine smile. Most impressive our choice followed the waiter’s recommendations from the menu card and were fully satisfied. We were pampered during all long. Keep it up!
