Je recommande le Blue Bamboo pour l'ambiance amicale et la rapidite du service. Les assiettes sont tres bien servies et la carte propose une grande variete de choix.

I been there many times. I taste many nice meals and my favourite dishes is chicken still fried Frandy's Styles and Sze- Chuan Prawns.

C'est parfois le problème de ce genre d'endroit. L'attraction principale est un produit vedette (ici le rhum, ailleurs ce serait le vin) autour duquel on fait graviter, business oblige, la visite du site quasi-historique et une hôtellerie-restauration. C'est une très bonne vieille idée qu'exploitent avec talent des châteaux du Bordelais, par exemple. Mais la restauration est un métier, excepté pour les snobs. Le cadre du restaurant a beau être magnifique, le carrelage de la varangue être flatteur, l'atmosphère être reposante et compassée à souhait, il n'en reste pas moins que dans les assiettes, c'est mou (non pas l'addition), c'est prétentieux, et on ne se régale pas. Le chef est annoncé comme ceci-cela ; sans doute, mais cela ne se voit pas, et il pourrait avoir une tenue plus propre quand il passe en salle. Le service est gentiment amateur. Je n'attendais pas du gastronomique (un mot éculé à Maurice mais rarement mérité), je voulais simplement manger une cuisine simple et élégante, comme le lieu. Raté !

Ceux qui en disent du bien n'y mangent pas, ils y viennent pour boire un verre et, dans ce cas, c'est très vrai, le cadre, la musique live et l'ambiance sont parfaits pour offrir un bon moment. Quant à y manger ? Peut-être faudrait-il y revenir un jour de basse saison où la cuisine et le service ne sont pas débordés et incapables de fournir une prestation de qualité. S'entendre parler en anglais par le même serveur lunatique toute la soirée sous prétexte que le restaurant serait international (ca veut dire quoi à Flic en Flac ??) est plutôt lassant. Assiettes approximatives et très médiocres, prix pas doux du tout: le rapport qualité-prix est donc décevant et se moque de nous. Des frères jumeaux sont à la manoeuvre, mais plus préoccupés par leurs potes que par ce qui se passe autour d'eux. Un peu plus d'humilité et plus de vraie présence et ce restaurant cartonnera. Pour le moment il se la joue grave branchouillard. Un resto, c'est d'abord fait pour manger bien.

Exactement ce qu'on attend d'un italien sans chichis: service de salle vif et aimable, assiettes bien garnies, goûts justes, prix doux. Peut-être lent en cuisine mais la clientèle est nombreuse. Un des restaurants les plus animés de Flic en Flac en front de mer.

That is a very good reataurant...especially the food was superbly prepared. Service, Good, because one waiter had forgotten my bottle of water which I ordered..well they were really stressed cause of the number of customers..I really love "Ourite Safrane" (and Fruit Yang or Shoui Yang, don't know how its written) which was very delicious. I will certainly be returning to this restaurant very soon.

This place was recommended to us and ee were so dissapointed. The pasta dish was undercooked, pasta were not al dente but too hard. Sauce was very dull. Thr sea food salad was not good at all. Very bad experience.

We popped in for a meal mid week and were told it was fully booked however they still made the effort to call up their bookings and check what time they would be arriving in case they could fit us in. (How nice & friendly was that??) We were lucky enough to get a table and so grateful for the 'extra' mile they went to. The food was delicious, real italian, what a pleasure. Will definitely be going back - and will call in advance to book! ;)

J'ai ete avec mon mari, buffet ouvert, starters, plat principal avec plusieurs choix, dessert, etc... Nourriture super bon mais le prix cher, disons qu'on ne peux pas se le permettre tous les mois. Tous les prix sont VAT exclusives donc... la peau des fesses!! Mqis j'y retournerai bien pour une petite soiree romantique avec mon cheri!!!

Fabulous steaks, awesome PIZZA, Great salads, sublime dessert... I highly recommend the restaurant!

i must say that the food is indeed delicious. the best restaurant concerning indian cuisine. ihve been there many time. the waiters are very friendly, i never mind asking them their opinion on a particular dish. and the price i would say is affordable.. it is not expensive and exaggerated. i would not want to miss an opportunity to hv lunch there again.

We retained their services for our Wedding in 2010 and we were really satisfied with the overall services. Good and quality food and the service were really excellent too. All my guests were really happy and impressed. I would surely recommend them to my friends and families.

Broadway is one of my favourite restaurants, I go there quite often and I would definitely recommend it. Expect value for money along with magnificent taste. The staff crew do a great job of keeping the customers satfisfied and maintain an electric atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

I have been there many times, and I must say that i like it a lot. The deco is family friendly and have a large plce to move around and sit together. Another facility is also the tv where one can watch and eat at the same time, i find it convenient and attactive for customers. For muslims it is surely one the best place to go for a meal as there is the prayer room for both males and females and also place to do the wadhu. The toilet is very clean. The food is excellent, my family loves it lots. I have tasted tyhe chinese and indian food and I must say it is delicious. It has been some time, that the food is not what is expected, when there is loads of work, but we as customers must understand the backroom staff. The food is much more better than other places as other resto the place of indian food is much high. The only problem there is the man in charge, who does not have a welcoming attitude, not even a smile when he talks. But for a muslim its the best place to be as one get his prayer, a great seaview and delicious food.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant en mai 2011 ...Nous avons adoré ..adoré l'accueil , la qualité des plats , la diversité ,le raffinement , la vaisselle toute bleue ..Nous y sommes retournés fin janvier 2012 pour un repas complet à 300 roupies TTC pour le déjeuner : un rapport qualité prix unique ..Des petites entrées délicieuses ..un plat et un dessert ..Et quand vous y êtes allés le midi vous avez envie d'y retourner le soir et tous les autres soirs ..Mon mari et moi même ne pouvons vous conseiller qu'une chose : allez -y ...Le restaurant se trouve en face du "WINNER" à la sortie de Peyrebère ..c'est un restaurant à l'étage et il y a un grand parking pour se garer ...Le temps était médiocre à Maurice (Perturbations trpicales sur Rodrigues" ce restaurant , son personnel et surtout le patron du WANG Thai ont été notre soleil : un vrai grand merci (Ponpon St Gilles La Réunion ..voir critique sur Trip advisor)

It is very good fast food sandwich place, you are definitely NOT getting sick. Unfortunatelly they never ever got brown bread, it's kinda frustrating. I wish they get some supplier one day. Staff is always smiling and with small tips they always delivered sandwiches to our office in Business Park, it's very nice lunch. Size of offered drinks (especially takeaway) is a joke and for such price never worth it, definitely recommending this place to have nice sandwich.

One of the worst franchises I even seen, have they ever heard about keeping some stock? I like the burgers prepared without using oil, but I can't rate any junk food positively! Only choice for Big Mac addicts, other places don't have beef! Not worth to waste more words on it, but must to satisfy yourself with Big Mac in Mauritius :D

I love both Restaurants and efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world.The courtesy extended to me by your staff during visits.They seem to love their work and carry out their duties both competently and enthusiastically!!! Food there is very nice highly recommend :)

Ocean Basket is the best Resto Ive ever been..N Ive visited a lot! .. customer service is great... I went there for a special occasion n it was a so pleasant moment..well actually what I found the main negative part is the fact that reservations are not possible.. :/ but ANW!! I liked the food there, my seat was great..and no fish odour!.. thumbs up! I surely will go again!

I was at McDonald's Port Louis on 19/01/2012, with a friend from England, and I was very very much disappointed by the lack of professionalism and client service by the floor manager (who is supposed to be the most client friendly guy). I take my meal and go upstairs to have my meal and show my england friend Mauritian restaurants. We start eating..N 'drip drip'.. 2 drops of water fall on my head. I look upwards.. N there's an old rusty air vent on top of up which is dripping rusty water.. :-S.. I say..ok.. not an issue.. its fallen on my head.. Let us change places without making a fuss (Like most mauritians do!!).. 'drip drip drip' THIS TIME ON MY BURGER! This time i get really pissed off and my English friend Cs 'haha..Welcome to Mauritius'!. I get downstairs..Call for the floor manager.. N I explained what happened.. The guy looked at the ceiling..saw the rusty water STILL dripping..n said 'There's is nothing i can do about this sir..this is not my problem..' WHAT?? I come to YOUR restaurant..n you 'cant do anything?'. I wasnt expecting the manager to fall at my feet and apologise.. But a simple 'Sorry sir, we apologise.. this wont happen again..' EVEN if he had not given me another burger..i dnt care..but the least is to apologise for smething that is wrong and very unhygienic. I am very very disappointed that another international fast food, after KFC, who has neglected hygiene in their restaurant! And the thing is, today it is AC water.. tomorrow it might be something else in their kitchen (Just for info..the toilet is just above the kitchen).. Very poor client service and average food.. I think we deserve better than this! But sincerely.. we mauritians are too lenient about these issues..n it is very bad for our image.. as my english friend told me 'Welcome to mauritius..' A pretty bad experience for him and far more for me!
