Pastilla Stuffed with Feta

Ingredients:

10 fresh phyllo dough sheets
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon roasted sesame
1 scrambled egg

Filling:

250g feta, cut into 1cm cubes
3 table spoon raisins
3 1/2 table spoon roasted walnuts
4 Onions, diced and fried until golden
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Coriander, diced
1 branch of thyme, crumbled
2 Eggs
1 cinnamon stick

Preparation:

1. Preheated oven to 175º
2. Pad the phyllo sheets over a pan with oil and spread olive oil between the layers
3. Mix the filling ingredients, transfer the mixture to the pan and cover with additional phyllo sheets
4. Compact well on all sides, spread the scrambled egg and sprinkle the three sesame colors on top
5. Bake for 10 minutes
6. Serve
