From the 1st to the 17th November, the famous Australian Chef Chris Wade, aka “The Steak Maestro”, will be at Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa featuring an exclusive “A la carte” menu at Republik Beach Club & Grill for dinner.

During this exceptional collaboration, the chef from the Steak Ministry Bar & Grill located in Melbourne, will make the guests discover a selection of the best Australian products such as Kangaroo fillet, Oysters served with yuzu and coconut sherbet, Passionfruit with caviar, Smoked bacon jam.

There will also be cold cuts with Wagyu bresaola, basturma, prosciutto, Australian salami, and Meat fruit style duck, among others. The chef will propose Lamb ribs seasoned with agave, tequila and rosemary, Smoked Wagyu beef brisket with kimchi daikon and tapioca, Butter chicken flavoured with chipotle and sweet corn. The main course will be obviously Chef Wade’s Super Steak selection with the best beef meats from Australia including the Tomahawk Wagyu steak of 2 kg, to share.

The Australian Chef Chris Wade, who has worked with renowned chefs such as Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay, is known for his interest in products derived from ethical and sustainable agriculture. He is also a defender of beef coming from local farming. Since a few years now, he has become an ambassador of the Australian food and wine industry.
