Chinese Soup

Ingredients:

Packet of Chinese dim sum
3 big carrots
1/2 radish
2 medium onions
4 garlic cloves
2 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Dried coriander
salt
black pepper
curry powder
masala powder

Preparation:

1. Defrost the dim sum in microwave or leave outside for a few minutes
2. Cut the carrots and the radish
3. Dice the onion and the garlic
4. Heat a 1/4 cup of olive oil in a pot. Make sure the pot is hot before you add the oil.
5. When the oil is very hot, add the carrots, the radish, the onion and the garlic.
6. When everything is golden brown, add the vinegar and the soy sauce.
7. Add the deforested dim sum and brown as well in a low heat for about 10 minutes. Make sure to add some water if necessary.
8. Add spices according to taste and about 1 / 2 liter of water
9. Boil and serve
