250 grams chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can whole peeled tomatoes, sliced
1/3 cup of cut green peppers
1/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup sliced onion
chili powder (according to taste)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/4 cup cooked rice
1. Fry oil in a pan, add the chicken and cook over medium heat for few minutes on each side.
2. Put the chicken in a plate.
3. In the same pan, combine the tomatoes, green pepper, celery, onion, chili powder, thyme and pepper until it boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are ready.
4. Return chicken to pan heat and serve.
