Chicken Biryani

3/4 cup olive oil
3 big onions, sliced
4 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
1 big piece of Fresh ginger, sliced
500 grams chicken breast
2 tea spoons Cardamon
4 Cloves
10 black peppers
2 table spoons of chopped dried coriander
1 table spoons of crushed cumin seeds
2 table spoons of crushed poppy seeds
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 table spoons of garam marsala
1/3 table spoons of crushed cayenne pepper
1 table spoon of sea salt
1/4 cup tomato Puree
1 cup of yogurt (no suger)
1 tea spoons saffron rice
1 tea spoons green pepper
1 tea spoon fresh crushed coriander


1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and garlic until lightly golden
2. Add the ginger, fry for another minute or two, place the mixture in a bowl
3. Add the chicken breast
5. Mix all the spices with lemon juice, garam marsala, cayenne, salt, tomato paste and the yogurt
6. Stir mixture into vegetable and chicken mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight
7. Cook all the mixture covered, over low heat for about 12 minutes
8. Serve - Buy now or lose the deal
