Domaine Anna in Flic en Flac is a fine-dining restaurant founded in 2002 by self-taught chef Hang Leung Pah Hang, who designed the space to blend gastronomy with conviviality and serenity. The venue earned the Baguette d'Or trophy from the International Federation of Tourism in 2005 for its excellence. Diners can choose between the main dining room, a purpose-built veranda, or the garden beneath traditional kiosks overlooking ponds, where torchlight reflections create an enchanting evening atmosphere.
