TAMBOURINE

À propos de TAMBOURINE

Tambourine in Grand Baie is a sushi cabaret that blends exceptional Japanese fare with live entertainment. The kitchen serves a full spectrum of sushi—nigiri, maki, sashimi and poke bowls—alongside tempura, yakitori, salads and hot dishes like duck leg katsu and mi-cuit tuna. The menu spans small plates and appetisers with global touches: crispy tacos with tuna tartare, truffled croques, and grilled octopus salad. Signature creations feature premium additions like foie gras and truffle mayo, while vegetarian options are well represented. The atmosphere combines fine dining precision with the energy of cabaret performance.
