La Cosa Nostra in Tamarin is a wood-fired pizza restaurant housed in a converted colonial building opposite the Salines. Chef and owner Eric Imbert leads a kitchen turning out wood-oven pizzas alongside fresh salads and homemade pastas. The menu ranges from vegetarian classics and meat-loaded varieties to seafood pizzas featuring marlin, shrimp and local catch, all built on quality ingredients. House specialities include Al Miele, Blanche, and the namesake Cosa Nostra pizza, alongside traditional Italian pasta dishes and lasagne. The restaurant offers both dine-in and takeaway service.
