L'Envol is a boutique pizzeria in Tamarin devoted to the artisanal craft of Neapolitan pizza. Every dough is hand-kneaded and ferments slowly for 48 hours minimum before baking in a wood-fired oven, while Italian essentials — San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, Parma prosciutto — are paired with fresh Mauritian herbs and market vegetables. The menu also features salads and pasta. Set on the Tamarin coast, the restaurant offers a relaxed terrace where Italian soul meets island warmth, with lunch and dinner service available for both dine-in and takeaway.
