Kibankila in Curepipe is a catering and prepared-foods operation led by chef Jason Mahadea, offering tailored menus for intimate private dining of two to six guests and larger events of ten to thirty-five people. The kitchen prepares Creole, French, Indian, Italian and fusion cuisine, including terrines, kababs, pastries and prepared dishes available for takeaway. For private events, the chef handles sourcing, preparation, service and kitchen cleanup, while group gatherings are offered in buffet, cocktail or French service style. A bakery, butchery, seafood counter and grocery section round out the offer.
