Au Feu De Bois

À propos de Au Feu De Bois

Au Feu De Bois operates three wood-fired venues across central Mauritius, each with its own focus. The Grand Baie steakhouse offers fine dining for lunch and dinner, the Montebello location specializes in artisan pizza, and a kebab restaurant in Tribeca is coming soon. Every dish is crafted over fire, defining the group's core philosophy. The menu-driven approach reflects a commitment to fire-cooked cooking at each location, with diners able to view offerings online before visiting.
