The 20 Best Cafés & Tea Spots in Port Louis
Port Louis drinks coffee on a schedule. The office crowd takes it standing up before eight, the market traders take theirs with a dholl puri around mid-morning, and the Caudan and waterfront cafés fill again once the heat drops. Add Chinatown's tea counters and the bakery cafés along the side streets and the capital has more variety in a few square kilometres than most of the island.
