Sushi Festival in Grand Baie specialises in fresh sushis, makis, california rolls, nigiri, sashimi and poke bowls prepared daily with carefully selected salmon, tuna and prawns. Chef Leurvina, trained by chef Bruno Battour, upholds Japanese tradition in every preparation. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, and all boxes come with chopsticks, wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger. Available for collection at Super U, Sushi Festival also offers catering for events from ten people, with live sushi preparation available, plus a loyalty programme rewarding regular customers.
