Restaurant is set in a nice atmosphere, reserved for 5 outside but got a table in restaurant,then transfered to outside kiosk, food was great, fresh, not too greasy, service was good, winelist a bit too short, restaurant is huge, like in cruises,

We have organized the 60th birthday party of my parent for around 70 seats. Atmosphere was greatly romantic with dim light effect, the restaurant was warm, cozy and so awesomely decorated. Food was refined,excellent and abundantly provided. Relatives were highly satisfied. What I appreciated mostly is the service provided by the waiters headed by Mr Patrick and Kamal. My sincere thanks to them cause without them the birthday party would not have been that highly serviced. The waiters were attentive to each relatives' needs and obeyed to timely orders given by the host. They even improvised for additional cutlery. Polite, respectful and so caring towards my guests. Hats off to this institution. I also never have witnessed such professionalism in ambiance and orchestra. The musicians and singers knew perfectly how to stimulate guests into dancing till past midnight. Nice experience which I shall recommend to anyone. By the way, the charges is worth it.

Domaine Anna was recommended to me by a close friend in the UK (London) and we organised a visit there, in part, for a ‘congratulations’ meal following my sister-in-laws recent graduation. We visited http://restaurants.mu/ as a first point of call to reserve our place and read the balanced reviews prior to our visit. Domaine Anna is located on route to Flic-en-Flaq and is in the middle of sugar cane fields. Ideal commute to the restaurant would be by car. There were ample parking spaces. Upon entering the premises, the feeling was one of an adventure with a miniature backdrop waterfall providing soothing sounds to fully seated dining tables as one would expect on a Saturday evening. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was enhanced by a fireworks display hosted by a wedding reception taking place that same evening. Seated at table 36 with an elevated view of the fireworks display and within earshot of a live band, we ordered a mixture of poulet, calamar, king prawn and poisson dishes. All dishes arrived hot and fresh with explanation provided on each main dish as they arrived. The impressive serving technique from main dish to our respective plates was slightly impaired by the waitress not explaining to us what each dish was prior to serving. Given the high number of customers, the service level maintained was attentive, polite and helpful and no rush was placed to finish our meal. We most enjoyed the tranquil ambience and the opportunity to walk around the complex after our meal taking numerous photos of the various features on display such the waterfalls and the broad variety of tropical fish. The slight dislike we would mention would be the time taken for our meal to arrive given the maximum seated number of customers but the portions were of reasonable size, tasty and therefore good value for money. As the evening progressed the live band featured some very talented singers with customers dancing to the beats through to the late hour. In summary, we would highly recommend a visit to Domaine Anna and would not hesitate to return in the near future.

I've been lucky enough to visit Domaine Anna 3 times over the years, on holidays to Mauritius. Just back from recent holiday and their standard, if anything, has improved yet further. From taking the time to discuss menus for a large party earlier in the day, to fantastic service in the evening, the staff could not have been more polite, helpful & attentive. The food was absolutely superb - we ordered a set seafood meal that everyone, from small children to elderly relatives, enjoyed immensely. The highlight for me was the lobster, but all the dishes were superb. The scenery and ambience is wonderful - if you go on holiday to Mauritius, you simply must visit this restaurant - it is unique. I'm already looking forward to our next visit !

Nous avons presque attendu 1 heure pour avoir nos plats et quand ils sont enfin arrive, ils etaient froid!De plus, ils se sont trompes sur la commande. Ensuite, le serveur a repris nos plats pour les rechauffes et est revenue 10 min plus tard mais une seule des assiettes etaient chaude. Nous avons demande si la langouste etait fraiche, le serveur a dit oui mais etant moi meme un Chef, je peux faire la difference entre frais et congele, La langouste qu'on m'a servi n'etait pas fraiche vu sa texture!!! Nous avons demande a parler a un manager mais personne n'est venu car ils etaient soi-disant occupe. Il est important de savoir que les legumes sont cuit a l'avance et garde dans un bain marie et perdent donc leurs saveurs et couleurs. En ce qui concerne les legumes, le serveur nous a dit que les legumes sont simplement des decorations, pensez-vous vraiment que des frites sont suppose etre servi froides !? (completement absurde) et pour finir, il est ecrit sur le menu 'Les pris sont indiques en rupees mauricienne, taxes comprises' OR sur notre addition nous avons du payer la TVA !!!!

Since moving to Mauritius 11 years ago my wife & I have used this restaurant regularly for celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries & public holidays as well as taking visiting relatives & family. Without exception all concerned have enjoyed their experience of the delicious food & drink & the friendly service given by the staff. From Mr. Kenny the manager & the excellent lady maitre d to the waiting staff, you are treated as a valued customer.mit is no wonder that so many people are regular return customers who recognize good value for money.

Arrivés dans un cadre somptueux vers les 20 heures... nous avons commandé les boissons et les mises en bouche - service jusqu'ici très agréable et professionnel. Malheureusement les choses devraient se corser après avoir commandé les plats - nous avons attendu plus d'une heure et demie avant d'être servis, ceci dans un manque total de cohérence, et non sans avoir demandé à maintes reprises ce qu'il en était de l'arrivée des plats Jugez-en vous-même: un poisson avec une sauce à l'ananas, servi sans sa sauce, trop frit, et donc très sec... La sauce? arrivée une bonne demi heure plus tard...! Les planches à grésiller, servies - quatre en même temps, la dernière bien plus tard. L'entrée et les plats servis en même temps... La raison de tout cela: un petit problème en cuisine, une excuse bredouillée à la va-vite, et "Pour vous faire oublier tout ça, on vous offre le dessert!"... Essayez donc de faire passer un dessert après avoir mangé un poisson gras sans sauce et sans saveurs... un truc à vous faire gerber!!!!! :( Nous étions partis pour une soirée mémorable eh ben ma foi nous ne sommes pas près de l'oublier... de l'arnaque à plein nez. Le but principal quand vous allez au restaurant c'est surtout de passer un moment de détente, dans un cadre agréable, (et dans notre cas de se retrouver avec des cousins venant de France après plus de treize ans...!), pas de mendianer un dessert en guise de récompense (ou de "graisse-la-patte" pour un cafouillage total au niveau de votre service)...! Vraiment décu, et en colère. Soyez rassurés messieurs, vous n'êtes pas prêt de me revoir de sitôt!!!!!! Malheureusement la note zéro pointé n'existe pas sur ce site!

RESTAURANT DEVENU TROP CHER, ET DE PLUS EN PLUS CHER. PUIS ILS NE REPONDENT JAMAIS JAMAIS AU TELEPHONE. COMMENT RESERVER UNE TABLE??? (PAS POUR MOI BIEN SUR) POUR LES RICHES

All was great until my prawn dish arrived. The prawn was rotten & the staff failed to accept this, then accepted & failed to apologise & then charged for the dish on the bill. I am very disappointed.

Best restaurant

I was at your restaurant todayand I was served a spoiled soup ( fruit de mer mauricienne) , 1 potion of calamar croustillant ( the worst of what I ever had) and was charged for two plates, a special fried chicken prawn and eggs rice , was served a soggy rice with nothing just few pieces of chicken, a sichuan calamari but far from what a sichuan is supposed to be, an indescribable flavor, so bad. Very sad that your service and food quality has gone down that much. It’s like you are stealing people money. Maybe you should consider to close down before someone poisoned from the food served at your restaurant, yes I’m not exaggerating, it’s damn bad
