  • Pumpkin
  • Onions
  • Thyme
  • Dry chilli
  • Salt
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Sugar
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut pumpkin into wedges size
  2. Add little oil in a pressure cooker
  3. Add Onions
  4. Add Thyme
  5. Add Dry chilli
  6. Add pumpkin
  7. Add Salt
  8. Add Ginger and garlic paste
  9. Add Sugar
  10. Add Chopped parsley
  11. Cover and let cook in pressure cooker for 8 mins
  12. After 8 mins, uncover and mix well
  13. Allow water to dry
