- Salt

- Sugar
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Peel and cut pumpkin into wedges size
- Add little oil in a pressure cooker
- Add Onions
- Add Thyme
- Add Dry chilli
- Add pumpkin
- Add Salt
- Add Ginger and garlic paste
- Add Sugar
- Add Chopped parsley
- Cover and let cook in pressure cooker for 8 mins
- After 8 mins, uncover and mix well
- Allow water to dry
