Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups of sagoo
- 2 cups of sugar
- 5 cups of water
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of almond
- 6 Elaiti
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil the water and add sugar.
- At the first boil, pour the sagoo, stir and lower the heat.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly until the sagoo is transparent, if necessary add a little water. Add the raisins.
- Remove from stove and set aside.
- Serve warm, hot or cold.
