Recipe Overview

This dessert is ideal to please loved ones, children and friends. For the greediest, add concentrated milk to baking pearls.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sagoo
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 5 cups of water
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of almond
  • 6 Elaiti
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, boil the water and add sugar.
  • At the first boil, pour the sagoo, stir and lower the heat.
  • Continue cooking, stirring constantly until the sagoo is transparent, if necessary add a little water. Add the raisins.
  • Remove from stove and set aside.
  • Serve warm, hot or cold.
