
Recipe Overview
This light and fresh dessert made from pineapple, vanilla extract and rum is a treat. Excellent to set for some exoticism at the end of a dinner with family or friends.
Recipe Ingredients
Ingredients: 4 people- 1 drop of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1/2 lemon
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 20 grams of butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 10cL of rum
- 2 oranges
Instructions
Cooking time: 10 mins- Remove the bark from the pineapple.
- Cut the pineapple into slices.
- Remove the heart from the pineapple.
- Next, squeeze the lemon and oranges into a bowl.
- Add vanilla extract, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Heat the oil and melt the butter in a skillet.
- Then add the pineapple slices.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Let evaporate for a moment.
- Pour in the rum.
- Flame everything.
- Then serve the pineapple with the cooking juices immediately.
