Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients: For 6 Persons
  • 2 half-ripe papayas
  • 6 vanilla pods
  • 500 g of sugar
  • Water

Instructions

Preparation time: 45 Mins
  • Cut the papaya lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • Then cut them into thin slices and peel them.
  • Heat 1 glass of water and melt the sugar in the water.
  • Then add the vanilla pods and the papaya slices.
  • Cook on a low heat for about 45 minutes.
  • Let cool and serve in a bowl.
