Fried Tuna Balls are delicious and very easy to prepare. These are the kinds of quick preparations for an aperitif or an improvised dinner.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1kg of potato
- Tuna
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Chopped chives
- Chopped cilantro
- breadcrumbs
- of flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt & pepper
- frying oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and boil in a large saucepan.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and crush with a mash press to have a good consistency. Add onions, coriander and chives, mix well and add a little salt and pepper.
- Add the tuna and mix well.
- Heat the oil.
- Take 3 deep plates, put flour in one, beaten eggs in another and breadcrumbs in the last.
- Crumble the tuna and mix well. Flour hands and make balls with the potato then put it in the flour, egg, bread crumbs and fry in hot oil. Fry until brown and set aside on paper towels.
