Recipe Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- chives
- 1 lemon
- Paprika
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the fish fillets on both sides.
- Prepare 3 soup plates.
- Fill the first plate with flour.
- Beat the eggs in omelette and empty this mixture into the second plate.
- In the third plate add the bread crumbs.
- Dip the fish fillets starting with flour, beaten eggs and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Fry for about 5 to 8 minutes on each sides until golden brown.
- Serve with a drizzle of lemon.
- Decorate with chives and paprika.
