Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • chives
  • 1 lemon
  • Paprika

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper the fish fillets on both sides.
  • Prepare 3 soup plates.
  • Fill the first plate with flour.
  • Beat the eggs in omelette and empty this mixture into the second plate.
  • In the third plate add the bread crumbs.
  • Dip the fish fillets starting with flour, beaten eggs and finally breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  • Fry for about 5 to 8 minutes on each sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with a drizzle of lemon.
  • Decorate with chives and paprika.
