Turn overripe, blackened bananas into sweet, fluffy fancakes. This banana pancake recipe yields gloriously fluffy pancakes that everyone will like.
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1 Egg
- 3 to 4 Ripe banana
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cups Thick milk or yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Beat egg and keep ready.
- Mash banana in mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, add whole wheat flour. Add salt, sugar, cinnamon powder and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add whole milk and stir gently. Add beaten egg and mashed banana. Combine together to make smooth batter.
- Melt butter in a pan.Take a ladle full of batter. Spread to small thick discs.
- Cook in low flame to golden. Once it is cooked on both sides, remove from flame.
- Fluffy delicious banana pancakes are ready.
- Serve hot with drizzling honey. It makes a healthy breakfast / dinner or snack recipe for kids & adults.
