Recipe Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 persons- 10-13 green bananas
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 tomatoes
- Ginger
- Massala
- 1 curry leaves
Instructions
Cooking time: 45 Mins- Soak the dried shrimp for about 30 minutes.
- Then wash and fry them for 3-5 minutes.
- Peel and clean the bananas and then cut into cubes.
- In a pressure cooker, fry chopped onions, garlic and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the massala, tomatoes and the curry leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the bananas, the dried shrimp and 3 glasses of water.
- Add salt.
- Cook for about 20 minutes.
