  • A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or resident permit should be presented upon arrival

AMUSES BOUCHES

  • Calamari served with red pepper coulis (Fleurette de calamar fondant servie avec un coulis de poivron rouge)

ENTRÉE

  • Heart of Palm Gratin with prawn (Gratin de coeur de palmiste aux crevettes roses)

MAIN COURSE (Choose 1)

  • Pan-fried Beef fillet with rose sauce served with mashed potato and garlic butter vegetables (Tournedos de boeuf poêlé a la sauce de baie et de rose servie avec de mousselines de pomme de terre et des petits legumes au beurre d'ail)

OR

  • Seafood skewer (calamari, fish, prawn) accompanied with shellfish sauce (Brochette de fruits de mer (calamar, poisson, crevettes) accompagnée d'une sauce à base de crustacés)

DESSERT

  • Chef’s dessert (Douceur du chef)
