Mauritian cuisine features a variety of aromas and flavours, thanks to Indian, Chinese, French and Creole influences. Le Bazar restaurant’s Thursday dinner menu allows you to sample mouth-watering Mauritian dishes such as octopus curry, lamb salami, chicken BBQ, beef steak with special Chinese and Grill sections.
Additionally, there is a live station featuring classic dishes like the Mauritian chicken curry, paratha, dholl puri, served with chutneys and raita. During the evening, you will also get to enjoy a live contemporary show, “Colours of Mauritius”, on the Main Stage presenting the cosmopolitan island of Mauritius.
