A merry assortment of delicious seafood, including: Sea urchins, oyster shooters with bloody Mary, razor shells, mussels, Yabbies & grilled fresh water prawns, garlic butter & lemon juice as well as an assortment of terrines (duck, rillettes, venison, wild boar)

Enjoy the live making of fresh mozzarella by Italian cheesemaker Angelo Mappa or head over to try homemade fresh tagliatelle, linguini & spinach stuffed ravioli.

Taste the wondrous dishes made by our famous chefs, including: Chef Girish's duck magret with foie gras and apple purée; Chef Ahmed's beef wellington with mushroom sauce and wasabi prawn risotto; Chef Devendra’s fresh pasta station with smoked marlin sauce, pesto, puttanesca linguini, tagliani and tagliatelle; Chef Ong’s assorted dim sum with condiments, Malaysian fried rice, fried noodles and roasted whole pork; Chef Vasish’s blow torched Ombrine Temari and a selection of Maki, California rolls & Nigiri tuna sashimi.

Even MORE delicious delicacies to choose from: blue cheese & roasted cashew nut naan, kashmiri lamb curry, pani puri live station with condiments, Kerala shrimps masala, chicken jalfrezi, mint, tamarind and coriander chutney, raita, mango chutney and coconut chutney!

Please note that this is a culinary experience only, and does not include access to the beach and pool facilities. Guests will have access to the 3 restaurants only until 4 p.m. Entertainment will conclude at 4.30pm.
