    How it works?

    Three steps to verified ownership

    1. 1

      Find your restaurant

Search the directory for your venue. Not listed yet? Add it as a new restaurant in the same form.

    2. 2

      Verify ownership

Give us your name, contact details and one proof — a business licence, a utility bill, or a note we can check by phone.

    3. 3

      Start managing

Once approved, your owner dashboard unlocks: photos, menu, hours, bookings, events and replies to reviews.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know, all in one place.

    How long does verification take?

Most claims are reviewed within two working days. We email you as soon as a decision is made.

What if my restaurant isn't listed?

Choose "Add new restaurant" in the form. We create the listing and link it to your owner account once verified.

Someone else claimed my restaurant. What now?

Submit a claim with proof of ownership and mention it in the notes — our team reviews conflicting claims manually.

    Who is eligible to claim?

Owners, managers and marketing staff of any restaurant, café, food truck, bakery or hotel restaurant operating in Mauritius, including Rodrigues. One verified owner account can manage several venues.

    What documents do you accept?

A business registration certificate, a recent utility or supplier bill in the restaurant's name, a photo of your staff badge or business card, or a reply from an email address on the restaurant's own domain.
